SelaroDesk provides field-service and business operations software. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using SelaroDesk, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

We collect information needed to run the service, including:

• Account information — name, email, login credentials, business name, and role (owner, employee, or related access).
• Contact information — details you store about clients, properties, technicians, and other contacts in your workspace.
• Service and operations records — jobs, schedules, requests, quotes, invoices, messages, attachments, notes, and related workflow data you enter or generate in the app.
• Technical information — IP address, browser type, device information, and logs used for security, troubleshooting, and performance.

How we use information

We use this information to provide, secure, and improve SelaroDesk; authenticate users; deliver customer portal and email features you enable; process subscriptions when billing is active; and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.

Data you enter in your workspace

You control most data in your account. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive data (for example, full payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or health information) unless your business truly needs it for your operations and you have a lawful basis to process it.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help us host, email, or operate the platform (under confidentiality obligations), when you direct us to (such as sending a portal link to your customer), or when required by law.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain information while your account is active and as needed for backups, legal obligations, and dispute resolution.

Your choices

Account owners may access, correct, or export much of their workspace data through the app. You may request account closure by contacting us. Some logs may be retained where required for security or compliance.

Children

SelaroDesk is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated date.
